How to Send Meeting Availability in Outlook
Have you ever had a back-and-forth email conversation trying to schedule a meeting that fits both your schedule and your client’s schedule?
Rather than wasting time sending multiple emails or typing your meeting availability by hand, you can send meeting availability in Outlook. Those times will be automatically formatted as clickable links that make scheduling a meeting easy for your client.
Currently, this feature is only available on the Outlook mobile app and is best used for scheduling meetings with those outside of your organization.

Note: The below step-by-step example was done on an Android phone, but the steps are the same on an iPhone. Click the “Get Started” button below to begin the step-by-step process.
Sending meeting availability also works internally for scheduling meetings with those in your organization, or you can simply add your co-worker’s calendar to your calendar so you can manually select a time that works for both parties. This can be done on the desktop version of new and old Outlook.
While not exactly the same sentiment, adding your co-worker’s calendar allows you to see when they are available so a meeting can be scheduled.
