Here’s an overview of our 6-phase onboarding process, which typically spans 60 days from your initial signup to the point where onboarding transitions to ongoing support.

Throughout this process, you will be supported by a dedicated team, including a Customer Success Manager, an onboarding engineer, and a project manager.
Your Role in Onboarding
- Officially conclude your partnership with your previous IT provider.
- Communicate with your organization to keep employees informed during the transition.
- Collaborate with us in detailed discussions to help us establish your active employees, IT assets, critical applications, active vendors, open projects, strategic goals, IT budgets, IT policies, risk plans, and more.
