What is your area of specialty – how do you best help your clients?
My area of specialty is more behind-the-scenes type work for the Sales Team. I get pricing from distributors, register deals, as well as get quotes made and to the account managers so they can send them to customers. Though most of my work is not client facing, I best help them by being detail oriented and diligent with my work, so they have a seamless customer experience.

My favorite is Harmony, I love being part of a team and working with people who are focused on achieving the same goal.
How do you like to give back to the community?
I like to give back to the community by supporting small/local businesses whenever I can.
Accomplishment you’re proud of?
I’m proud of myself for getting this job as an Inside Sales Representative. It really took me out of my comfort zone. I came to Hungerford Technologies with no IT experience, just the determination to learn and seize the opportunity. I’m more than happy with my decision and believe that it’s a great fit.
Tell us about your life outside of work (family/pets/sports/activities/interests/hobbies)
Outside of work I love spending time with family, friends, and my pets. I enjoy staying active by working out, hiking, camping, and taking long walks with my dog. In the summer I love going to our family cottage on Drummond Island.
What is your favorite part of working at the firm?
I enjoy the team atmosphere at HT, everyone is willing to help and work towards our mission of being the best IT company in West Michigan.
